總建筑面積：68835.17平方米
商業建筑改造為辦公空間，引入風，光，綠植，水，提升環境舒適度，改善微氣候，共享空間，延伸交往，并通過石材+玻璃幕墻體系打造外部特色立面。由于原空間為商業空間，盡管層高滿足基本要求，但整體空間封閉壓抑。為滿足辦公采光及空間品質提升的需求，為辦公人員提供舒適開敞的空間，設計中嘗試了多種中庭設計形式。最終結合綠建專業對于室內光環境的分析形成了特殊中庭，也增加了交流的高效性與趣味性。
